Cyndera grew up in the desert town of Joshua Tree, California, and gained an early appreciation for yoga, meditation and nature in her family of origin. She weaves imagination, soulful intention and play into her yoga classes, while welcoming participants to listen to the needs of their body and find invitations for change. An attention to vision is also brought to the practice - both with the physical eyes and with a sense of inner vision that connects body and mind.
In addition to her 200-hour yoga certification at Purusha, Cyndera has a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. She offers projective tarot readings, dream work and Imaginal Stone workshops at the Purusha Studio.
