Deanna has been active her whole life beginning with dance and gymnastics then soccer. She has always had a flair for fitness. Eventually, this love and passion for fitness became her career. She always dreamed of making health and wellness her career, teaching people how to be fit and that dream has been a reality for over 8 years now!
Deanna discovered yoga while personal training at a private health club in the heart of downtown San Francisco. She began yoga initially to assist and aid with triathlon training. At first yoga was mostly physical for her, then after practicing more and taking different types of yoga, it became more of a spiritual and healing practice. Deanna decided after about a year of practicing, that she wanted to get certified to teach and help guide others through their yoga journey. Yoga has inspired her to be in the present moment with her clients and guide her towards finding the "true self."
Deanna teaches Vinyasa Flow and Prenatal Yoga, encouraging her clients in and out of the studio to incorporate yoga into their fitness plan, guiding them towards better overall health.
