Purusha Yoga


Candle Light Chill


Treat your self to a yogic spa experience in this candle lit peaceful class.

You will be guided into restorative poses where your entire body will have the opportunity to completely surrender and relax, while your mind is whisked away into serenity and bliss.


Chakra Yoga

Explore the ancient system of the chakras as a means toward understanding your unique nature.

Each of the seven major chakra centers are related to specific physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic qualities. Through specific physical exercises, breathing techniques, and mindful inquiries you will begin to allow energy to flow easily and in a balanced way where it may have been blocked or excessive. Each week will have one chakra focus of practice. Class includes all 8 limbs of the classic raja yoga system. Feel free to bring a notebook.


Expresive Belly Dance

Learn a fusion of traditional belly dances that ultimately become your own expression of inner goddess and spirit.

Each class begins with warm-up exercises where you will be exposed to specific dance techniques, you will then be given the space and guidance to unleash your own inner feminine beauty through the music, embellishing in your own unique way.

No dance experience necessary.


Fire Flow

Spark the fire in your belly and transform your practice to a whole new level of power and grace.

Advanced enthusiasts will enjoy a vigorous flow that does not rest on traditional vinyasa to get the heart rate up, muscles charged, and blood flowing. Specific cues and personalized instruction will guide you toward realizing your full potential in each pose ultimately developing grace, strength, focus, and precision.


Fusion

Are you missing your cardio workouts? Do you crave to move your body freely to music? Do you want to sweat and explore moving off that silly rectangle mat with easy to follow fun patterns of movement?

If you answered YES to any of these questions then this class is for you! Fusion combines the very best of flow, release, total body fitness, yoga, core, and of course unique spice and talent from each teacher.


Gentle Hatha

Enjoy a gentle class that will guide you through a holistic hatha yoga practice for body, mind, and spirit. Learn exercises that promote physical health and mental clarity, while increasing vital energy and self awareness.

In this class you will receive individualized instruction and personalized care to accommodate for your specific needs, desires, and concerns.
All ages, levels of experience and ability are welcome.


Hoopasana

Come and take a hula hooping journey from inner to outer worlds. Hoopasana combines hula hooping with yoga practice; a mixture of balance and movement, letting go and concentration.

Open the chakras, give yourself a massage, improvise, dance, play, laugh, and explore your body's relationship to gravity and space. Within a simple circle there are infinite possibilities. Explore your orbit, and flow in the know. All ages welcome, from kids to adults.

This is a great class for children of ages, and those young at heart.


Hot 24

Using the guide of the Yogic 24 Elements we will focus in on 24 postures for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks the postures will change to a new series of 24 postures. Join in the 12 weeks at any time.

Each pose will be held for enough time to allow you to learn it in a physical and mindful way. Using deep and directed breathing, individualized alignment cues, and helpful guidance each student will come to embody the posture with mind, body, and spirit. This class is inspiring to all levels and seeks to help each student carefully, and with an open heart.


Kundalini

Kundalini is based on awakening the energy in the base of the spine. Once awoken this serpent power moves upward, rejuvenating and transforming. Practice a unique combination of mudra (hand positions), mantra (sound current), breathing, and asana (postures). Each class ends with a long, relaxing meditation.


Purusha Core

Many somatic movement practices such as Pilates, Feldenkrais, and Thai Chi are based on the foundation principals of classic Hatha Yoga.

Discover the depths of your core structural anatomy using bandhas (locks), pranayama (breath), and chakra (energy) to create new patterns of neuro- muscular education, posture and total body awareness and form. This class will lengthen, strengthen and realign you from the inside out.


Raja + Meditation

Raja Yoga offers specific practices that are the foundation for all meditation techniques. In this class you will learn how to settle your body, focus your mind, harness your senses and connect with pure truth in this moment.

This class integrates classic yoga asana postures held for slightly longer time periods while staying mindful and present with one's breath. Class also includes guided meditation practice as a means of cultivating a healthy state of mind. All levels of yoga practitioners and meditators welcome.


Shakti Mama: Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga

A class for goddess inspired moms! Whether you recently found out you are pregnant or you are looking for a way to meet other moms with babies- this class is for you.

Created from our "Yoga Doula" teacher training program, you will learn the most well-loved and vital exercises, practices, and healing wisdom for this time in your life. Ushering a being into this world is the most sacred journey a women takes.

In this class you will gain an understanding of your own inner strength and courage. You will learn valuable insights that will assist you in making informed choices for your pregnancy, birth, and baby. Ultimately the goal of this class to help you create the most blissful and peaceful experience possible for this powerful and transformative passage, based on your own deepest hearts desires and personal lifestyle.


Soul Flow

This class brings a sense of playful grace to the more linear versions of modern yoga. Breaking from typical patterns of frontal plane motions this class will open you to the circular nature of the inner and outer world. Calling on the element of water, asanas (poses) take on the gentle appeal of a natural dancer. Movements are encouraged to be carried out and expressed from every inch of your body.

Easy to follow, simple sequences are repeated to give the student ample time to find their own way and enjoy the sensation of body and breath moving freely.


Yoga for Kids

Kids of all ages will love this class! We will explore poses that are inspired from nature, animals, and best of all- our imaginations.

Breathing, focus, self-control and awareness techniques are all explored through exercises that are designed specifically for children, improving skills in areas of physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and lifestyle well-being.
