Chair Yoga employs the use of a chair and other props to practice Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breath work) in order increase flexibility, strength, and peace of mind.
This class is great for seniors and those limited from practicing on the floor due to injury or body type.
Where we begin in our yoga journey is different for everyone- but everyone CAN do yoga! Absolutely no experience required- just a beginners mind and a body ready for change.

Friday Night Restorative Yoga
A grounding and detoxifying practice utilizing guided chakra awareness, breath work, and soothing and regenerating supported poses. Together, we will release the passing week and venture into a state of balance and contentment.This class is safe and suitable for all levels. Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga
Whether you recently found out you are pregnant, are close to your birth date, or moving through the daily rituals of new motherhood- this class is for you!
Strengthen core muscles with specific exercises to assist you in a healthy pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery. Stretch and tone the areas of your body most affected by each stage of pregnancy, birth and postnatal health.
Learn how to maintain ideal alignment and neutral posture of pelvis, spine, hips and shoulders with carefully selected sequences of yoga poses, pilates, and natural movements. Also introduced and practiced thoroughly are specific exercises of breathing, meditation, guided relaxation, overall mindfulness and self care.
This class allows you the space and place for inner reflection as well as socialization with other moms. You will be comforted and inspired by sharing stories and experiencing this time with new friends. Momma yummy tea time is always included. :)
Purusha Beginner Hatha Level 1
In this Beginner Hatha Yoga Class you will learn the ancient and beautiful system of classic Hatha yoga for holistic health and well being. Physical postures, basic breathing exercises, and guided meditations are taught.
You will enjoy individualized care and attention that meets you where you are and gently inspires you toward realizing your goals for improved fitness, calm mind, and balanced lifestyle.
Appropriate for beginners, all ages, and those with common concerns.
Purusha Hatha Level 2-3
This class will give you the opportunity to go deeper, stretch further, get stronger, and understand more about what your body, mind and spirit has the potential to realize.
If you feel stuck or uninspired this class will rock your yoga world and transform you on every level. Advanced options for poses, breathing, concentration, meditation and lifestyle will be presented.
You will be given specific guidance and instruction that meets you where you are and gently guides you on your journey.
Purusha Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all other forms of holistic yoga. Ultimately Hatha is the expression of Yin and Yang, movement and stillness, putting forth effort and receiving the flow of life through surrender and breath.
In this all levels Hatha Class you will learn the foundation poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), focus/ meditation techniques (dharana/ dhyana), and how to integrate awareness between mind, body and spirit.

The class uses natural body weight, plyometrics, Pilates mat exercises, classic sculpting routines, and deep yoga Bandha (locks) and Pranayama (breathing methods), that will help you to develop inner and outer strength while reducing body fat, and fatigue. A perfect compliment to your Yoga and Zumba routines, for total body fitness and overall health.
Purusha Vinyasa Level 1-2
Vinyasa literally means 'flow'. In this class you will learn to link breath and movement with a calm and meditative mind. Enjoy sequences that improve strength, flexibility, inner confidence and grace.
In this class you will move through easy to follow sequences or 'sets' of poses to gently stimulate circulation, flow of energy, and overall stamina.
This class is suitable for students with little or no experience with vinyasa, however it is recommended that you take Hatha Yoga first as a way to understand basic posture alignment and breathing techniques.
Modifications and options are given to accommodate most common concerns.
Purusha Vinyasa Level 2-3
Enjoy a vigorous yet graceful flow that does not rest on traditional Vinyasa to get the heart rate up, muscles charged, and blood flowing.
Specific cues and personalized instruction will guide you toward realizing your full potential in each pose, ultimately developing grace, strength, focus, and precision.

You will be guided into restorative poses where your entire body will have the opportunity to completely surrender and relax, while your mind is whisked away into serenity and bliss. Class size is limited to 8 guests, to allow individualized attention and guidance into a state of complete relaxation. On-line reservations at least 1 hour prior to start of class is required. Failure to cancel reservation will result in being charged for the class.
