Using the age-old wisdom of yoga with the new paradigm of nutrition, as brought by pioneers like Dr. Gabriel Cousens, Dr David Jubb, Joel Fuhrman, and others, this module will be an attempt to provide a guideline to eating in a way that enhances our awakening and healing process.

Meaning of eating, 3 Gunas and new paradigm of Nutrition: How,
when, where to eat- Eating meditation,Eating and eight limbs of
Yoga, - THEME: *Eating as a sacred act*
Week 2 , Wed, July 21st ,7pm-9pm
Eating: Everything to Nothing, what not to eat? Why Organic and
locally grown food? The most beneficialfood and most dangerous
food, some practical guideline about diet and nutrition.
THEME: *The Karma of Food - *Nourishing Body, mind and
Spirit*
Week 3 Wed, July, 28th: 7pm-9pm
Detoxification and Fasting: why and how, diseases and symptoms.
21 days detox program . Clearing Koshas and feeding to kundalini.
THEME: * Purification*
Week 4, Wed, August, 4th, 7pm-9pm
Breath and living water -as powerful source of nutrients, how
to breathe correctly to bring more life in the body and how to
use breath to create healthy relationship with eating. Keep hydrating-what
is water in fact. THEME: * Various source of Nutrients*
Week 5,
Wed, August, 11th, 7pm-9pm
What is Health? Important Factors of Health - Diet and exercise,
sleep, rest and relaxation, breathing and drinking, community
and creativity.

Weekend

visiting local farmer market, health food store, kitchen equipments
, Claiming your vibrant health: integral approach to health. THEME:
*General guidelines for healthy life style *
Last, Weekend , Sunday, August 22nd, 11am-5pm
Some Practical Hints: staying on the path, process vs. goal, Law
of adaptation and efficiency. Food prep class, some recipes, role
of spices, Eating together. THEME: *Yoga in the kitchen*
