Gena Dawn is a fine art photographer based in Mill Valley, California.  Her work – which includes portraiture, landscapes, and travel photography – attempts to reveal beauty amidst the mundane, and capture divine essence in all things.  Her most recent collection was photographed during a year-long journey through India and Southeast Asia, where she visually explored the cultural and spiritual traditions of the region.

Gena teaches elementary and middle school art at Presidio Hill School in San Francisco, where she strives to help students find their own unique vision for expressing their world through art.   She is also the creator of the unique children’s photography book, “The Rainbow’s Journey.”  For more information about Gena and her work, please visit her website at:
