Lillian So has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She started out as a personal trainer and noticed something was missing. She began a personal practice of yoga 7 years ago and found that the ease and truth she discovered on that path was one she wanted to share with her clients.
Lil says "yoga allows me to integrate my life, client relationships, passions, and also helps to focus the mind and embody a truth that is essential to overall quality of life.
