are experienced and professional Yoga Teachers that have met or exceeded
the standard for teaching group Yoga Classes. They have graduated
from a 200 hour professional Yoga Teacher Training that is registered
with the National Yoga Alliance.

have received an additional 100 hour certification in the specialized
methods of Yoga Therapy. They are qualified to help individuals of
all levels and need in a personalized and private setting.
- Some
have received their advanced 500-Hour Certification in Yoga Therapy.
