Online Six Week Series are an opportunity to focus on one area of exploration from the wide world of Holistic Yoga Therapy and Health. In these weekly meet-ups (optional) you will receive personalized and individualized attention, program design and optimized progression through the material. Each course is designed carefully to be adapted to each attendee so that you may experience these practices in a way that meets your specific goals, desires and lifestyle. From philosophy to intuitive eating, mindful strength training to self care- each journey allows you the space, and careful guidance to get the results you’ve been striving for. Deepen your personal practice, and knowledge by engaging with the material intimately and experientially at your own pace and in your own natural way in the comfort of your own home. You may choose to join others in a live session and/or go at your own pace by watching the recordings. Each course is designed to allow you the freedom to choose your own rhythm of learning and since it is all online you can take the course from anywhere in the world at any time.
