Chakras for Holistic Health
The seven major chakras are at the center of the entire energy system of the human experience and are related to specific physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic qualities.
Though every chakra is present in the entire body and field of consciousness, it is at each of these seven locations that subtle forces and bodily functions combine to create a center for holistic healing and transformation.
