Absolute Beginner’s Yoga for men


Are you curious about starting or developing  your own yoga practice? Are you new to Yoga and would like to dive deeper and learn more?

This 6 week series will offer a safe space and personalized guidance through a complete Body/Mind/ Spirit program designed specifically to meet your needs and individual goals for overall health and well-being. You will be introduced to a variety of gentle styles of yoga including; Hatha, Yin, Chakra and Restorative.

This class is for all self-identified men.

Designed for a new beginner or for those who wish to begin again. Don’t worry, being flexible is not a prerequisite. Bring your open mind, and wear comfy clothes. That’s all you’ll need!
