Allie Chapman has been practicing yoga for the last 7 years and is a firm believer in the power of yoga in restoring peace and balance within everyday life. Yoga has enabled her to practice mindfulness both on and off the mat and has deepened her awareness of the interplay between the physical, mental and emotional elements of the body. Allie enjoys combining movement with purposeful breathing to achieve an exercise practice that is physically demanding yet invites a tranquil and still mind.
Allie is certified in Level I Thai Yoga Body Work through Purusha Yoga School. She completed her Level I 200 hour teacher training and Level II 300 hour advanced teacher training with Purusha Yoga School in the Spring of 2014. Private Thai Massage sessions at Purusha by Allie available upon request.
