Join me for this deep dive into practices that explore connection, intimacy and presence. In this workshop you will learn simple, powerful and effective techniques to deepen your intimacy with yourself, with others, and with your life. We will explore a variety of practices based in the wisdom traditions of mindfulness, tantra, yoga, improvisational somatic movement, and more within a safe and sacred container.Come solo or with a friend or partner. All are welcome!
