Healing from trauma is vulnerable, courageous, and essential work for the Self. Trauma manifests in the body as stagnant energy affecting our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By bringing heightened awareness to the body we can begin the process of healing from the inside out.

Are you new to Yoga and would like to dive deeper and learn more? This 6 week series will offer a safe space and personalized guidance through a complete Body/Mind/ Spirit program designed specifically to meet your needs and individual goals for overall health and well-being. You will be introduced to a variety of gentle styles of yoga including; Hatha, Yin, Chakra and Restorative.
