Beginner Yoga Six Week Series


If you’ve always wanted to try yoga but feel intimidated starting in a large class of experienced yogis, this program is perfect for you. This beginner series includes six sessions held in a welcoming environment that will guide you through a holistic program for students new to yoga. You will learn the foundation practices in all areas of yoga including: movement, breath, core, balance, meditation and life-style. Special therapeutic attention is given to each individual to establish a progressive practice that meets you where you are. All levels are welcome. This class is not included in the regular class packages and memberships.

Fee: $138 for all 6 classes or $25.00 drop-in.

Dates: 6:30-8pm Tuesdays, October 23rd -December 4th. No class November 20th.



Candace’s love of yoga began in a beach side yoga studio in Wellington, New Zealand. After living in Southern California, Ireland and New Zealand, Candace settled in San Francisco in 2008 and began a career in travel publishing. After a decade of practicing yoga, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Purusha Yoga School in 2016 and her 500-hour advanced training in 2018.
