We will discuss the origin of chronic stress, fears, obstacles and self-limiting beliefs that stop most people from achieving their dreams and what can be done about it.

We will examine the science behind the potential we have within us to shape our lives as we desire and the amazing powers of yoga and other tools to achieve transformation.

Despite contrary belief for the most part, we do not have to be victims of our genes and our brains for the most part can positively evolve at any age.

We will discuss the latest research in Epigenetics, Neuroplasticity, Biophotonics, Chronic inflammation and stress response and how you can utilize that information for your wellbeing as you wish.

Born in Ukraine, the former USSR, Victor attended UC Berkeley and earned a Bachelors degree in Biology and pre-med. Then he went on to Work at UCSF as a research associate, before graduating from law school. He worked as an attorney for over 20 years representing accident victims in personal injury cases.

Victor has spent many years researching the science behind self-transformation and considers it his duty to share it with the greater community.
