If silence and introspection sound like the ideal way to ring in the New Year, come to Purusha for the evening. We will share three 20-minute sitting meditations with breaks for an hour-long hatha yoga practice and a brief walking meditation. The suggested intention will be to let go of the old and make space for the new but you are welcome to create your own intention(s) for this time. It is probably best if you already have some silent (primarily non-guided) meditation experience but all levels of yoga practitioners are welcome.
