Join the fun and feel the benefits of having a healthy spine!

Having a healthy spine is one of those things that make life seem easier. Walking around town with those shoulders back, chest up, neck relaxed and effortlessly engaged core makes you feel like a super hero. Having a strong core and beautiful posture can dramatically change the way you feel every day.

In this 6 week series, we will be diving into the Pilates method to strengthen the core, spine and shoulders, while also relaxing unnecessary tension.

You will feel internally powerful as you learn to initiate the 'power house' muscles of the pelvis, and torso while relaxing the neck and other areas that tend to feel tight and sore. 

As said by Joseph Pilates, “A person is as young as their spinal column.” All levels are welcome!

Mondays 7:15PM - 8:30PM

Starting February 5th

$108 for all 6 classes, or $25.00 drop-in
