Manifest your Dream Life. Become a conscious Leader.

Are you struggling to connect to your purpose? Are you still trying to find out what you want to be when you grow up? Do you want to become a conscious leader? If you anwered “Yes” to any these questions, we would love to invite you to embark on your journey towards conscious living and leadership with true connection to yourself and others.

This workshop is an opportunity to design your life and manifest your dream work through mindfulness and design thinking.

We will use simple practices that will enable you to act from your heart, see with an open mind, and help you naturally become a conscious leader, inspirer, and role model:

  • Wayfinding: Connect to your inner compass
  • Brainwriting: Understand when you engage, energize, and grow
  • Playing: Create presence through dance, yoga, and meditation. Allow joy and fun.
  • Mindmapping: Prototype your happiest life through ideation and visualization
  • Reflecting: Share with others and grow together

As you engage with these beautiful tools, you will tap into your higher consciousness and connect with like-minded souls. You will establish new relationships, discover clarity about your wishes, and create space for your true self – in the workplace and at home. We look forward to shining love and light on your path.

WITH MARTINA DOPFER & ERIC SPARKS

For more than 4 years, Martina Dopfer has been pursuing her dream of connecting mindfulness and yoga with innovation. During her PhD in economics at the University of St. Gallen/Switzerland, she researched how cognition affects startups in creating successful business models. During that time, she also worked as research assistant and later as Head of Research in Berlin/Germany. There she coached startups and large corporations in business model design and helped them tap into their innovative potentials.  In 2016, Martina went to UC Berkeley/California as visiting researcher. The same year, she received her 200-hr yoga teacher certification from Purusha Yoga/San Francisco. From Hatha yoga she took much inspiration and fuel to believe that a mindful and empathetic world is possible. Such a worldrequires conscious collaboration and leadership. The time is due to take a leap of faith and to connect the mind with the heart. Thus, we all can make a difference in a rapidly evolving society. Today, Martina dedicates all her passion and love to help others connect to their true selves. She offers consulting that combines mindfulness with methods from innovation management and design thinking. She also works with organizations on incorporating new leadership with more consciousness, openness, and purpose. Her belief is that you can make this world a better and happier place, when you are truly you.
