Personal Training and Professional Yoga Instruction come together to deliver an intelligent approach to strength training, flexibility, balance, agility, and cardio vascular work out. You get it all in one packed hour of focused and guided movements. Not only do you get the weekly classes - it also includes a 6 week structured food plan!
All levels will be encouraged, enthusiasts will be challenged. Ideal for people with some experience.
Six Week Series cost:
1 class x 6 weeks= $108.00
2 classes x 6 weeks= $198.00 (1 class free!)
Drop In (space permitting): $25.00
10 people maximum per class
2 make up classes for free during the 6 weeks (space permitting)

A ballerina for over 10 years and a current Kinesiology Student at San Francisco State University, Emily is now a Yoga Alliance 200 Hr Instructor and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Nutrition Specialist through ACE. She is devoted to health and fitness and helping others achieve their goals, find confidence in themselves, and live a happier, healthier life. Emily enjoys hiking with her dog Zeus on the weekends and exploring fitness through new hobbies and sports.
