Candace’s love of yoga began in a beach side yoga studio in Wellington, New Zealand. After living in Southern California, Ireland and New Zealand, Candace settled in San Francisco in 2008 and began a career in travel publishing. After a decade of practicing yoga, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Purusha Yoga School in 2016 and her 500-hour advanced training in 2018. Special areas of interest include chakra balancing, massage and chanting. Candace loves teaching vinyasa yoga to energize the spirit and restorative yoga to soothe the soul. Her classes are upbeat, playful and supportive.
