Lubna SHARIEF

Lubna has practiced and learned yoga and meditation around the world for 15 years, traveling for her journalism career and personal growth. Her deep interest in holistic wellness, psychology, and Eastern wisdom come together in classes that encourage students to use the body and breath to access their present-moment experience. 

Lubna teaches yoga as a form of meditation and self-knowledge, using the challenges and experiences on the mat to inform lessons that help us cope with life off the mat. Her classes are infused with breathwork, visualization, somatic awareness and meditation. Lubna shares wisdom from the elements and cycles of nature in her classes to help students connect with the higher aspects of themselves and the world around them. 

She is a San Francisco native and also teaches The Enneagram, a profound psycho-spiritual system for personal growth.
