This six-week yoga series is designed to help bring your healing and powerful mind into your body

The asana practice will support a meditative experience as a way to let go of stress and help reprogram your mind. The aim is to create an experience of vitality and connectedness that helps your body to feel strong and amazing with benefits that apply throughout your life.

The classes will include mindfulness practices before, after and during the asana flow. It will include working with the breath to help direct fresh prana and energy in your body to places where you may be stuck. It will work with asanas that mostly happen lying and sitting on your yoga mat so that your attention can be directed inwards towards deep healing.

This series is designed for beginner and intermediate practitioners.
