Rachel Jennine Goudey, Psy.D., C-IAYT, is a holistic therapist and yoga instructor in the Bay Area, specializing in practices that integrate the whole person -- mind, body, and spirit. Rachel comes from an eclectic background in dance,yoga, and psychology. She believes that movement and an acute awareness to the body are a vital component in the healing process and promoting overall health and wellness.

Studying and working in the mental health field for over 10 years, Rachel has extensive experience working with trauma, substance abuse, and mood and behavior disorders. She teaches practices that guide students and clients into deeper connection to their truest self by providing them with the tools to strengthen their abilities to discern, adapt, reflect, and soothe all of the facets of themselves so that they may move forward with strength, resiliency, and trust in themselves to make healthy life choices and be more skillfully adept in their thoughts and reactions to life's challenges.

In both her group classes and individual holistic services, Rachel meets each student where they are at while still challenging them to reach new heights of self-realization, acceptance, strength and flexibility both on and off of the mat. Rachel will push you to challenge yourself while also guiding you to listen to your body and intuition. She teaches from a place of authenticity and playfulness.
