Through moving the body into new shapes and ranges we can make space for new patterns of thought and movement to radically transform the direction of our lives.
In this 6 week series you will be introduced to Ericka’s signature Deep Release Method that moves through the myofascial layers of the body from superficial to deep with self myofascial release techniques, yin yoga postures, and guided iRest yoga nidra. You will learn to listen to the tissues, meet yourself with kindness, and connect to your essential wellbeing so you can release what no longer serves you. As a result of this 6 class series you will feel spacious and open, ready to begin again as we enter 2022.

Spend 6 weeks exploring this topic with the personalized guidance of a Certified Yoga Therapist. In this therapeutic setting you will get individualized attention with goal setting, modifications, and customization to meet your needs.

Ericka is a Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, and Yoga Therapist. Her work integrates osteopathic manual therapy with yoga therapy to help her clients feel more embodied in their bodies and empowered to reconnect to their essential well-being. She is also excited about the hidden power of sleep and believes that a good night’s sleep is the key to living a life wide awake.
