Yoga teacher and San Francisco resident Sarah Fletcher is passionate to bring whole-person healing to her community through private, partner, and small group sessions; in addition to her weekly classes around SF and Pacifica. She enjoys tailoring her experience to the needs and experience level of her students while inspiring them to challenge and progress their practice.
Sarah brings her unique approach to Bhakti Flow, Hatha, Restorative, Therapeutic, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Nidra practices while creating an experience to energize, enrich, and heal all of the layers of self. As a musician (Sarahfletchersoprano.com), Sarah weaves music into her yoga teaching by creating custom mixes to enhance the vibe of each class, and also leads chants with her students to deepen their joyful experience through sound meditation and mantra.
With a background in Psychology and Behavioral Therapy, Sarah has years of experience working with children affected by developmental delays, as well as Autism Spectrum disorders. In addition, she specializes in working with athletes, singers, and individual with illness or injury to the musculo-skeletal or neuro-muscular systems. She enjoys teaching foam roller workshops as a way to align the body and care for muscles and the interstitial system, and also loves diving into the depths of the Koshas and Chakra System through meditation and yoga Nidra practices
