PJ Gong Crystal Bowls.jpg

Treat yourself to a luxurious afternoon flow, through a sequence of practices that will delight the senses and imagination.

Leave feeling both deeply relaxed, yet invigorated at all levels of self: physical, energetic, emotional and intellectual, as we release stuck emotions and blocked energy using the ancient model of the Chakras as our map.

This spacious flow weaves together energizing somatic practices drawing on Hatha, Tantra and Kriya as we move towards deeply relaxing restorative poses, guided Yoga Nidra meditation, and ending in a purifying gong and crystal bowl sound bath.

Yoga Nidra, "wakeful sleep" is a profound but simple guided meditation accessible to anyone and can create deep and lasting states of calm and relaxation. This meditation will blend seamlessly into the iridescent shimmering tones of the symphonic gong, and the sweet, clear notes of quartz crystal singing bowls.

Relax, restore, find your bliss, and stay after to connect with community over a cup of tea.

Workshop Fee: $45.00 (in advance), $55.00 (at the door)
