Suzanne is a nature loving, environmentalist mama who sees the yoga practice as an act of self-care. Practicing yoga creates mindful, healthy, and compassionate humans whom are then more capable to care for themselves, each other, and the planet on a transformational level.
Suzanne’s classes are full of life, creative, and insightful. You will be guided into a thoughtful sequence of poses with a clear focus of wellness to a particular system, function, or part of the body/mind relationship. You will learn more about your Self, resulting in a sense of freedom and deeper connections in your personal life.Suzanne is dedicated to the practice of Hatha Yoga because it has the tools to ease the discomforts of living. Life is unpredictable - practicing yoga builds resilience to that ebb and flow. Suzanne is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance and a Certified Yoga Therapist by the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
