There will be opportunities for spending time alone, in small groups, and all together.

Introduction to Holistic Yoga Health Coaching

You will learn to effectively use a variety of classic yoga practices to guide your clients toward improved health and wellbeing, by developing and implementing the skills necessary to address their specific needs and desires.

This course is a prerequisite for all other 300-hour courses.

Are you curious about starting or developing your own yoga practice? Are you new to Yoga and would like to dive deeper and learn more? This class is for all self-identified men.

Yin & Restorative Yoga for Holistic Health

FIVE SUNDAYS / 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

This deeply loving workshop will stimulate chi and restore vitality, opening you into feelings of connection and compassion.

You will be in deeply held floor poses with a focus on nurturing and loving the body, heart, and mind, and allowing the darkness to guide you into places that may have been neglected or vacated. Wait, listen, and draw the senses inward.
