Introduction to Holistic Yoga Coaching

Learn how to meet and hold space for your clients professionally and holistically, in individual and group settings. You will be trained in the 8 steps of transformation, providing you with the ability to help organize your clients progression toward developing new habits, and guiding them on their journey through all levels of the human experience in a yogic, holistic way.

Two of the biggest factors in working through trauma are social engagement (a sense of community) and working with the body (emotions are stagnant in the body that need movement to be worked through and out). In this therapeutic yoga group you will learn simple and effective movement practices, breath work, and be guided into relaxation and meditations that work with the brain, nervous system, and body as one while in a supportive and empowering community of others working through their trauma.

Somatic Yoga, movement and mindfulness for children ages 6-12 provides a safe, fun and inviting space.
