Introduction to Holistic Yoga Health Coaching

You will learn to effectively use a variety of classic yoga practices to guide your clients toward improved health and wellbeing, by developing and implementing the skills necessary to address their specific needs and desires.

This course is a prerequisite for all other 300-hour courses.

Teaching yoga to children is fun, rewarding, and certainly at times, challenging! It requires patience, planning, and flexibility, as well as a vast toolbox of games, activities, and songs. Learn how to design an engaging class for kids that is founded upon the 8 limbs of yoga.
