Two of the biggest factors in working through trauma are social engagement (a sense of community) and working with the body (emotions are stagnant in the body that need movement to be worked through and out). In this therapeutic yoga group you will learn simple and effective movement practices, breath work, and be guided into relaxation and meditations that work with the brain, nervous system, and body as one while in a supportive and empowering community of others working through their trauma.

Purusha Pilates: The Yoga Powerhouse

Mandala Two Hour Practice

Join us for a specialized two hour class focused on the breath and the 14 major joints of the body, using both dynamic and static asana to maximize the fullest potential of movement in these joints. This practice moves in 360 degrees on two perpendicular mats, and is available to practitioners who have basic experience with asana.
