Roll out! Foam Roller Workshop

ROLL OUT your whole body using the foam roller in this fun, fascia-loving workshop! Beginning with a short level 1 Vinyasa Practice, this workshop will specialize in loosening tight connective tissues and muscles in favor of increasing flexibility and reducing pain and tension. First Days of Summer Yoga Camp for Kids!

3-day camp: June 5 - 7

In this camp, your children will experience a compassionate, exciting environment rich with plenty of opportunities to move their bodies with yoga, dance, and more! Throughout our day, we will play yoga games, experience mindfulness activities, build cooperation skills, and create community connection between our yogi camp members. Weather permitting, we may take nature walks to Golden Gate park or Ocean Beach.

Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma and pTSD

Healing from trauma is vulnerable, courageous, and essential work for the Self. Trauma manifests in the body as stagnant energy affecting our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By bringing heightened awareness to the body we can begin the process of healing from the inside out. In this 6-week therapy group specific asanas (postures), pranayama practices (breathing practices), meditations and relaxation techniques will be explored, taught, and practiced to suit the needs of each client in healing on all levels (mind, body, spirit). 


Ayurveda 101: Introduction to the Sister Science of Yoga

In this in-depth workshop, you will dive into the basic tenets of Ayurvedic Medicine - the five elements, the three doshas and the twenty gunas - and how to use them in your yoga practice, your yoga classes or your yoga therapy practice. This class emphasizes experiential practices and lecture that you can learn with mind-body-spirit and gain a good basic understanding of the fundamental principles.

Yin & Restorative Yoga for Holistic Health

This deeply loving workshop will stimulate chi and restore vitality, opening you into feelings of connection and compassion.

You will be in deeply held floor poses with a focus on nurturing and loving the body, heart, and mind, and allowing the darkness to guide you into places that may have been neglected or vacated. Wait, listen, and draw the senses inward.
