In this in-depth workshop, you will dive into the basic tenets of Ayurvedic Medicine - the five elements, the three doshas and the twenty gunas - and how to use them in your yoga practice, your yoga classes or your yoga therapy practice. This class emphasizes experiential practices and lecture that you can learn with mind-body-spirit and gain a good basic understanding of the fundamental principles.

Traditional Thai Yoga Bodywork has been practiced in the temples of Thailand by Buddhist Monks for 2500 years and is a unique type of bodywork, performed with a connection to the spiritual and in a conscious, meditative state. Join us as we study, experience, and explore the unique techniques and qualities of this ancient living art form, and tap into your innate abilities to give a sensational bodywork session as a meditation in loving kindness and compassion.
